Registrations for the Haryana PGT Recruitment 2023 were started on 27th November 2022 through online mode. The minimum age required for the Post-Graduate Teachers (PGTs) and Mewat Cadre posts is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 42 years. Aspirants applying for the Haryana PGT Recruitment 2023 must have citizenship of India.

 

The education qualifications required for the Haryana PGT Recruitment 2023 are- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and a Master’s Degree in concerned subjects with at least 50% marks from any recognized institute or university. Applicants must also have cleared class 10th or 12th/ B.A/ M.A with Hindi as the main subject.

On 19th November 2022, the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) uploaded an official notification announcing the Haryana PGT Recruitment 2023. A total of 4476 vacancies have been issued for Haryana Post-Graduate Teachers (PGTs) and Mewat Cadre posts. Of 3863 vacancies are for Haryana Post-Graduate Teachers (PGTs), and the remaining 613 vacancies are for Mewat Cadre posts.

The registration fee for the Male applicants of General, Ex-Serviceman, and all the reserved categories was INR 1,000. The fee for Female applicants of General, Ex-Serviceman, and all the reserved categories was INR 250. For other categories, applicants (Male/Female) like SC/BC-A/BC-B/ ESM, and EWS, the fee was INR 250. Applicants of the PWD (Person With Disability) category were excepted from the registration fee.

The confirmed Haryana PGT Exam Date of 2023 has not been announced yet. The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) will soon announce the examination date on its official webpage. There will be a total of 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in the question paper. Of 80 questions, 60 will be from concerned subjects, and the remaining 20 will be based on Aptitude. There will be no negative marking on the question paper.

Under the Haryana PGT Recruitment 2023, all the applicants must undergo four stages, i.e.,  Written Examination, Interview, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
